Woodbrook Townhomes were designed by Bozeman architect, Lowell Springer, and built by highly respected Bozeman contractor, Ken LeClair.  The units were built over a period of  10 years from 1979 to 1989.

As you can see when simply walking or driving by, Woodbrook units and grounds are meticulously maintained by the Woodbrook Homeowners Association.  Woodbrook residents enjoy beautiful landscaping, snow removal on streets and driveways, convenient location, close proximity to trails, and a friendly community of neighbors who value their homes, community, and lifestyle.
