Woodbrook is overseen by the Woodbrook Townhouses Owner’s Association (WTOA).  All owners become members of the WTOA and pay a monthly Association fee.  Annual meetings are held on the second Tuesday in November each year.

The WTOA has a Board of Directors, who are a group of volunteer owners voted in by the membership.  More information on the Board can be found here.
