All Owners planning to make any changes or improvements to the outside of your unit and/or grounds must fill out and submit the Architectural Committee Approval Form here. More information on the scope and role of the Architectural Committee can be found in the WTOA Covenants.

Please note on the form that improvements must be agreed upon by your neighbors, so a good place to start is to talk to your neighbors about any improvements that might impact them — including their view shed or other use of their property. If a dispute arises, a Board Resolution outlines the procedure that will be taken by the Board to resolve disputes here.
