The Woodbrook Townhouses Owners Association (WTOA) Board of Directors oversees the governing of Woodbrook.  The group of no less than five volunteer Board members are voted in by the membership during the annual membership meeting in November and serve three-year terms.

The WTOA Board conducts regular meetings and is responsible for the enforcement of Woodbrook Covenants and Rules and Regulations.  The Board is very active and passionate about keeping Woodbrook the special place it is and ensuring a good quality of life of residents.
