Residential Manager Duties

The duties of the Residential Manager shall include: 

A. Assist and Facilitate the Board in management of WTOA business 

• Organize and attend Board meetings• Provide summary of residential activities at Board meetings• Maintain documents and records for the Board• Assist in WTOA business matters as requested by the Board, including communication with legal counsel, rental agencies, and other relevant agencies 

B. Act as a liaison between the Board, Property Manager, and residents of Woodbrook. 

•  Serve as a main central point of contact between the residents and WTOA 

•  Collect required documentation from residents 


•  Bring complaints and issues from residents to the attention of the Board 
and/or Property Manager 


•  Advise the Board in matters related to residential needs and requests 
C. Oversee and ensure compliance of Woodbrook’s governing documents 


•  Provide information about WTOA governing documents when requested 


•  Assist in enforcement of WTOA Protective Covenants and Rules and 
Regulations, as directed by the Board 


•  Communicate violations to residents to seek compliance 


•  Keep records of potential and existing violations and bring them to the 
attention of the Board
