The Woodbrook Townhome Owners Association is governed by three documents:
1) Bylaws: This document defines the basic structure and responsibilities of the WTOA, Inc. The Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws are files with the Secretary of State of Montana. The Woodbrook Bylaws can be found here.
2) Protective Covenants: This document consists of the basic set of agreements among WTOA members and between the members and WTOA, Inc. These are filed with the Clerk and Recorder of Gallatin County. The current Woodbrook Protective Covenants can be found here .
3) Rules and Regulations: This document provides details on the implementation of some of the responsibilities granted to WTOA, Inc. by its members. The current Woodbrook Rules and Regulations can be found here.
The purpose of all three documents and of the Association is to fulfill legal requirements of the State of Montana and the City of Bozeman. They also provide the framework for a community offering an excellent quality of life to its residents amid the beauty and serenity of Woodbrook surroundings.
